Thank you for shopping with On Point Prosthetics. All of our products are handmade to order with care and attention. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Production Time

As our items are individually handmade to order, please allow 5-7 working days for production before dispatch.
This ensures the highest quality and craftsmanship for every piece.

Please note: Production times may vary slightly during peak periods or for custom/personalised orders.

 

Delivery Information

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Royal Mail / Evri / DPD using a tracked delivery service.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include any relevant tracking information (if applicable).

Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect delivery addresses were provided at checkout

• Postal service disruptions, strikes, or adverse weather conditions

• Bank holidays or peak shopping periods
