Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

Disclaimer

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all orders before they are shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, we’re here to help.

Reporting a Problem:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email us at info@kally.co.uk with the following:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Resolution:

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available)

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit, if preferred

Important Notes:

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

  • This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.

  • We may require you to return the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement.
